My job was made redundant last year and I have been very fortunate to have been able to spend time with Felicity since then. My natural response in this situation is to worry and try to find another job as quickly as possible but she encourages me to take a broader view of what to do with this opportunity.
What I like best about Fe’s approach is her ‘why not’ questions. When I have an idea, say for study or travel, she will ask ‘why not now’? This encourages me to stop and consider what is actually possible.
She has a unique perspective on life and the importance of seizing opportunities to enjoy it, which comes from her own life experience.

I’ve been working with Felicity (Fe) over the past six months and without hesitation can say that it has been one of the most uplifting, informative and powerful times spent on myself, where the provision of advice, coaching and support was delivered by her in an empathic and authentic way.
Having been retrenched the year before, and with my self confidence taking a downturn, time spent with Fe saw her coach with equal parts encouragement and pragmatism.
One of the areas I found extremely helpful was specifically deep diving into my strengths profile. Using insights from the profile, in combination with how clearly and intentionally she ran her coaching sessions, shaped how I prepared for and transitioned from a sabbatical period into a new role.
Tapping into what energises me and what to use more of (unrealised strengths) was powerful data not only in how I approach my new role in a new industry – I am confident it will help pave the way in terms of ongoing development and long term success in this new career and in future personal and professional relationships. Three months into my new role and the insights from, and application of, the profile helped accelerate my learnings in my first 90 days.

After I received the news that my role had been made redundant, I was a mix of so many emotions. Anger, sadness and disappointment and I also really questioned my own abilities – I couldn’t help but take it personally.
I was offered redeployment support through an outsourced provider but what I really needed (but didn’t realise it at the time) was help emotionally to support me through one of the biggest life changing events a person goes through.
Work has and always will be such a significant part of who I am and my identity.
When Felicity explained the support she could provide me at this really pivotal time –
I jumped at the opportunity – her program was exactly what I needed. To be able to move on I needed to reflect and understand how I go from this entrenched space of negative emotions to getting a good grasp of what makes me happy.
Only then could I genuinely move forward in a positive way.
She helped me discover what motivated me, where I got my enjoyment from in life and how I could get that back. It was after realising this, that I was able to move from that stuck space to one of far more fulfilment and purpose.

Fe encouraged me during a time of uncertainty and the unknown, where I had an opportunity to relocate my family to another country.
She was wonderful in listening to my concerns (and also my excitement) and helped me navigate through the complexity of it all.

I was definitely a bit ‘sad & stuck after many months of unemployment. My first hour with Fe was easy going.

I found myself really ‘sad & stuck’ during a time that I had been notified that my role could be made redundant as part of a business sale.
This also led to a situation of conflict with a work colleague.

I am so glad that I engaged with Fe when I was made redundant after 8 years. Fe coached me with my study lines post redundancy & really made me think about my future.
