Frequently Asked Questions
What if I think that I could be medically depressed?
I am not a doctor, qualified psychologist or a psychiatrist – so please seek medical help if you think you need to. I am studying for a Diploma in Positive Psychology, and have also researched tools and techniques from all around the world to set the Felicity Factor up and support my clients. I have extensive experience in getting off the rollercoaster of redundancy. Please read the testimonials, they speak for themselves.
I have an outplacement program, why would I need to spend money on your services?
Outplacement services can be invaluable. I have lived experience of being made redundant 4 times and struggling. I have managed teams of people who are struggling with redundancy. Each person has required different support. And it’s taken me 4 redundancies to learn how to get people back to their best self.
I specialise in 2 very specific areas of redundancy:
- If you are feeling ‘sad & stuck’ I can help you move to ‘happy & hopeful’ again as quickly as possible. This means that when you are applying for jobs, you are putting your best self forward.
- If you are thinking of taking a career break, I have done this at least 5x, so know that this may just be the best decision you ever make to create lifetime, unforgettable experiences.
